General Guidelines
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your order is placed by 12:00PM (Denver Time Zone) it will be shipped same day. Orders after noon will be shipped the following business day.
Overnight Shipments
Overnight Shipping on Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (with the exception of federal holidays).
If you are ordering after 12:00PM Noon (Denver Time Zone) on a Thursday or before 12:00PM Noon (Denver Time Zone) on Friday and need your product to be delivered on Saturday, please make sure to select “Overnight – Saturday Delivery” from the shipping options.

Holiday Shipments
All orders placed before noon (12/23) will ship out on 12/23. The Primal Healing offices will be closed after this time and will reopen and resume shipping orders on 12/27.
